Police appeal over stolen media player from LGI children’s cancer ward
Officers from Leeds City Neighbourhood Policing Team have recovered three of the four laptops belonging to the Candlelighters charity that were stolen earlier this month. A mobile phone stolen in a separate incident was also recovered.
A 37-year-old man from Keighley has been arrested in connection with the thefts and is currently on police bail pending further enquiries.

Hide AdOfficers are now appealing for anyone who has recently purchased a Dune HD Smart H1 media player in the Keighley area to contact them.
Sergeant Pat Kenning, of City NPT, said: “We are really pleased with all the assistance we have had from the public that has helped in recovering the majority of the stolen items. We hope that anyone who has bought this distinctive media player since the beginning of July or who knows where it might be will get in touch so it can be returned to the Candlelighters charity.”
