UPDATED - Doncaster Road closed after cyclist seriously injured in accident
A cyclist has life threatening injuries after being in collision with a car on Doncaster Road.
Emergency services were called to the scene near the Redbeck Motel at around 1.10pm today (Tuesday).
Police said the man is being treated at the scene by paramedics and the road is closed in both directions.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
Bus services are also being diverted.
